Alisha Fowler, BA

Alisha Fowler is a settler of European descent, committed to working in allyship with Indigenous communities and people. Alisha is also a feminist leader who is dedicated to creating a workplace that is safe and inclusive for people all genders, sexual orientations, cultural backgrounds, and neurotypes. She has a BA in Sociology and over two decades of senior management experience. As Chief Operating Officer, she manages all business operations, including human resources, policy development and implementation, payroll and compensation, and project workflow. She also works closely with the CEO on organizational strategic planning, relationship and business development, and financial management. In her spare time, Alisha enjoys spending time with her partner and children, drinking tea while reading, walking while listening to music, and binge watching good (and also bad) shows.
